PERSONNEL SERVICES:
Jensen Engineering specializes in providing quality engineering talent. We support your current staff with additional personnel for overload assistance or assist with identifying candidates for hire to fill an immediate need. Whether it's an Engineer, Designer, Drafter, Technical Writer or Technician, Jensen Engineering can provide the manpower in your office or ours.
Our personnel services are tailored to your specific needs. We provide personnel & employees via:
1. Contract * - Our employees work in your office or ours, under your direction and supervision. Our contract personnel are available for short projects or an indefinite period of time. There is NO obligation to retain the services of our assigned personnel any longer than needed. Persons supplied on your order may be interviewed prior to being assigned as if hiring someone directly. Our contract personnel are fully insured and your company is NOT responsible for health insurance, vacation or holiday pay, withholding and unemployment insurance costs.
a. Contract positions are billed to the client on an hourly basis. Hourly rates are not predetermined and are based solely upon the individual provided. Contract employees may be converted to the Contract/Try Before Hire option below at anytime.
2. Contract/Try Before Hire * - This highly successful option allows you monitor and evaluate prospective employees while working at your facility under your direction and supervision. Our program lets you know if the individual(s) you select from our company are best suited to your workload. There is no better way to have confidence in the person you wish to hire. Hourly billing during the trial period - discounted release fee when final employment arrangements are made.
3. Direct Hire/Permanent Placement * - Jensen Engineering specializes in providing quality people to our clients. No matter what engineering position you need to fill, Jensen can place a qualified individual within your organization without losing valuable time locating engineering talent. We provide a targeted, localized search for candidates based upon your job requirements. We guarantee our candidates success for six (6) months with a pro-rated refund or replacement policy. A direct hire placement fee will apply.
a. Placement fee is 20% of salary offer or hourly rate offer.
b. For hourly positions: [employer/employee agreed upon hourly rate] x 2000 hours = yearly compensation.
c. Jensen supplied employees who do not meet your expectations may be removed at anytime. At your option, Jensen Engineering will replace the individual with another candidate within 30 days or offer a pro-rated refund.
d. Pro-rated refund begins at employees start date & continues for 180 calendar days (6 months)*
4. U-Supply - This program allows you the client to supply the candidate and Jensen Engineering handles everything else. We provide payroll expenses at a reduced billing rate and there are NO placement fees when U-Supply the personnel! Do you know a person you want to hire but your budget says no? Try U-Supply!
